PILIHAN RAYA UMUM KE-13 : ISU DUNIA

"pin..pin..pin..bagi laluan..bagi laluan..", tersentak aku mendengar unyi siren dan hon kereta-kereta yang melintas dihadapan mata. banyaknya tak terkata...aku mula menjangka dan lantas terpacul di mulut : "erm, ni mesti nak berkempen ni.." tapi, kawan-kawan ana ibarat terleka melihat beberapa buah kereta dan motor yang memandu laju. ada lebih kurang 50-70 orang yang dijangka ada tadi..."hahaha..betul gerak hati ana.",ana akhirnya tergelak sakan apabila melihat beberapa buah kereta melintas membawa bendera merah putih dengan logo keris di tengahnya...haha.. maklumlah, dah nak mengundi..semua pakat risau.
ana pun dah sangat risaukan tarikh tersebut akan bertembung dengan dengan tariklh lawatan antarabangsa kaunseling ke Padang, Indonesia pada 10 April ini...NAMUN,
apabila tangan ini mula mencari maklumat, ana mula terbaca satu maklumat dalam blog wanita UMNO..ia sedikit menarik perhatian apabila bergantung pada analisis yang telah dilakukan..


"Rupanya lambat lambat lagi ilham Perdana Menteri untuk mendapatkan tarikh pilihanraya umum ke 13 yang sesuai. Dan hati kecil kami juga merasakan yang pilihanraya umum ke 13 tidak akan dijalankan dalam masa yang terdekat iaitu bulan Mac 2012ini

PRU mustahil sebelum 15 April 2012 sebab baucer BR1M hanya sah sampai 15 April 2012. Kalau buat PRU sebelum 15 April 2012, kerajaan akan bertukar, polisi akan bertukar dan baucer BR1M tidak boleh ditunaikan lagi kerana BR1M itu janji BN bukan janji pembangkang
Kami belum dengar lagi arahan cuti dibekukan untuk Polis buat masa ini
Walaubagaimanapun, terdapat cakap-cakap dikalangan SPR memberikan gambaran pilihanraya umum ke 13 tidak akan didakan pada bulan MAC, dan sebenarnya tak perlu tunggu cuti sekolah juga
Tetapi yang pastinya SPR pun dah mula bersedia apabila tempoh parlimen dah masuk usia 4 tahun"

AZAM DAN SEMANGAT YANG BARU

Saat hari berlalu tanpa menanti kita, saat itulah kita alpa dengan dunia hingga kita akhiri hari tanpa melakukan sebarang manfaat kepada manusia dan tanpa bekalan menghadapi-Nya

Hari dilakar penuh makna apabila diriku masih diberi peluang untuk meneruskan semester keenam di Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (20 Februari 2012). masa berlalu pantas ibarat sang penghalang menangkap mangsanya. Namun, apa yang berbeza..si helang menangkap pantas apa yang diingini manakala aku terkadang terleka dan lambat untuk mengecapi api yang ingin ku impikan.

Result exam semester lepas sedikit mengecewakan. Termasuk kali ni, dah cukup 2 sem berturut-turut result ana jatuh. Tapi ana masih tetap bersyukur dengan redhaNYa kerna masih diberi peluang merasa title pelajar yang mendapat "anugerah dekan". Bukan apa, terkadang berfikir.. memang sedih apabila keputusan semakin merosot setelah banyak melibatkan diri dengan perniagaan dan penganjuran program, namun ana perlu untuk merasa sangat-sangat bersyukur atas nikmat ini.

alhamdulillah..terima kasih Ya Allah..

Cuti semester baru-baru ini sangat bermakna apabila setiap saat dipenuhi dengan pelbagai aktiviti yang terkadang sangat memenatkan dan menyeksa diri. Tamat sahaja kertas peperiksaan terkahir bagi semester lepas, terus ana bersiap untuk ke Program Smartleaders SeLKs dan SIFE di Semenyih. seronok juga disana as u can see in my post before.

then, terus attend the debate sparring at Training room HEP. A day before my friends join the 1 Malaysia debate, I back home and spending precious time with my loving family. Spending the time with my family is very precious to me especially when we had a picnicbefore my mom have to go for hr operation and treatment. Alhamdulillah, everythings fine and hoping that my beloved mother (ummi) will recover fast. Ure daughter always pray for your safe and happiness.

After my friends back from 1 malaysia debat and Keamanan Debate, kami turun training semula untuk Royal Debate. Kali ini sedikit sukar kerana pelbagai ujian menimpa kami. Seawal pemilihan and also about the travel problem that some of us have to drive by his own car to Penang. I was one of the major team with Ikhwan, Irham and ejad. This time, i felt quiet stress.I know that i did not deserve to be in that team and i cannot contribute anything for them. however, by just helping them looking for facts and authority. I then realizes that I had improved my learning skill and information about many issues. thanks for them for accepting me to be in that group.

Since the time being so fast and we had fail in break Quarter for BM team, 2 nd place in Final for Arabic team and "liga" for english team. We still happily back home. However, we always think, the days will be bright till end but the rain suddenly spoil it. Aircond was brokedown when we were at Tapah. mandi peluhla kami semua time tu. semua pakat dok berebut duk dkt tempat yang dapat angin. haru biru ja keadaan dalam bas. terus tak boleh nak tidoq dah..

hehe..nasib badan..

Elok2 sampai sini, jam dah menunjukkan pukul 8 malam. Semua kelihatan kepenatan dan sengsara. yelah, mana taknya dekat 3 jam dok mandi peluh..syok kot..hehe. malam tu sebab sangat-sangat keletihan, tidurku sangat tidak lena.hampir setiap setengah jam, pasti mata ini ingin dicelikkan juga.

Esoknya, aku dikehendaki ke Kem Kepimpinan HEP di Hulu Langat. aduhai, malasnya rasa. kalau aku tak pergi pun, takpelah..

DEBAT DIRAJA 2012 (A STEP TO BE THE CHAMPION)

Today is my last day at Science University of Malaysia (USM) for participating Royal Debate 2012. This morning, Usim Arabic debator just show their last debate performances for Final Stages and the result would be announce tonight. I hope that USIM team able to create a name for this debate tournament..amin. 

USIM (pembangkang) VS UIAM (kerajaan)

usul debat :

"adakah kita perlu mendedahkan gambar@identity pesalah yang ditangkap tetapi belum disabitkan bersalah."

pembawaan kerajaan dalam membuka konsep adalah sangat menarik kerana pendedahan ini melihat kepada maruah seseorang yang baru sahaja dituduh telah di gembar gemburkan seperti sudah bersalah. selain itu, ia juga mendorong kepada sub-judice dari masyarakat terhadap orang tersebut walaupun dia belum disabitkan bersalah.

manakala pembangkang bangkit dengan mengatakan, pendedahan identity itu perlu dilihat dari dua aspek dan selalunya wartawan akan mendedahkan isu-isu yang berkaitan jenayah (criminal) dan lebih di fokuskan kepada kes yang berprofil tinggi. Maka, kelebihan pendedahan ini dilihat dari pembawaan kes-kes mahkamah yang lebih memudahkan sesi perbicaraan apabila adanya saksi baru yang tampil menjadi saksi kes. Selain itu, ia juga memudahkan pendakwaan, contohnya kes pendakwaan susilawati. selepas pendedahan, semakin ramai yang membuat laporan polis tentang kejilangan waris yang pernah berhubung dengan suspek (peguam) yang sama.

fakta kedua, seandainya identiti ini dilindungi, ia boleh membawa kepada penipuan pendakwaan atau perlaksanaan ke atas tertuduh yang berfrofil tinggi. contohnya kes Altantuya yang melibatkan tertuduh dikalangan mereka yang berprofil tinggi hinggakan banyak kekeliruan terjadi semasa perbicaraan kes dan pengumuman keputusan. Sehinggakan tertuduh dibenarkan untuk tidak hadir ke mahkamah dek kerana berjawatan di dalam pimpinan negara.

Family defined many words and meaning, either they live heritable or  adoptable, they were also family. How do it comes to harmony and peaceful family if it was not about love. Some people fall in love before they got married and some feel it after marriage. It was nothing to discuss if it was before, but the most important relation that we must care is after marriage. I got so many information about family in my Family Law subject. There were many understanding that my friends shared in class. 

Some says, family is a unit of people who lived together  that had blood link such as grandfather, grandmother, father, mother and children. however, some group object and says that, if they were adopted or live in welfare institution, they were also live in family. 

This question bring me to search, so i found in wikipedia: 

a family (from Latin: familia) is a group of people affiliated by consanguinity, affinity or co-residence.

however, there were some family could not control and solve their family problem and decided easily to get divorce. don't they think of other people? children, father or mother in law? is divorce is the right solution for family problem? no, i totally not agree. There must be many solution for this and if they had tried all this, i then agree for it. As a counseling student, i and my friends were given so many cases to solve and most of teenagers or adolescent who get involved in criminal or social problem comes from those who had a family problem.  so, to cared of harmony life and happy family, we have to strengthen our bond of love. Family is the small and easy unit to be control compared to a  villager or society. So, if we able to have a happy family, we will be a part of peaceful citizen and live in  harmony life.

our Prophet had mentioned about "dovorce"  in His hadith :

Matan Abu Daud

حَدَّثَنَا كَثِيرُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ عَنْ مُعَرِّفِ بْنِ وَاصِلٍعَنْ مُحَارِبِ بْنِ دِثَارٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَقَالَ أَبْغَضُ الْحَلاَلِ إِلَى اللهِ تَعَالَى الطَّلاَقُ.

Artinya: Kami (Abu Daud) mendapatkan cerita dari Kasir bin Ubaid; Kasir bin Ubaid diceritakan oleh Muhammad bin Khalid dari Muhammad bin Khalid dari Mu’arraf in Washil dari Muharib bin Ditsar; dari Ibnu Umar dari Nabi SAW yang bersabda:”Perkara halal yang paling dibenci Allah adalah perceraian.”

4 Reasons Why You Need Family Time

Maybe the reason why you can’t seem to find time to spend with your family is because you don’t think it is that important. Maybe you have other things that you think are higher on your list of priorities. Here are just a few reasons why family time is important:

1) You need to build deeper relationships within your family

Family ties are important. I’ve often heard it said that the reason why so many kids decide to join gangs are because they welcome them in and become part of a family. Your children need to feel like they belong. They need to feel like they have someone they can turn to, for anything. Spending time together as a family ensures that deep, strong, family bond.

2) You need to instill family values in your children. 

With the startling numbers of marriages and divorces today, your children need to learn the importance of family values. Chances are, your children will mimic the exact behaviors you exhibit towards them. If you are an absent parent, they will be the same to their children in the future. More often than not, children often display worse behaviors than were shown to them. Spending family time together will build a sense of worth and instill positive family values in your children.

3) You need to teach your children important life lessons.

 Whatever your child does not learn at home, you can be assured they will learn elsewhere. Do you want your children to learn important life lessons by having to experience pain? Of course, they will have to learn some things on their own. But it is so important to have time for family discussion, wherein you can lay problems or situations on the table, then talk about them with your children.

4) You need to build a stronger family unit. 

All these things lead to one very important detail. By spending more quality time together as a family, you will build a stronger family unit. Your family will stick together through rough times, and enjoy fun times together as well.

Therefore, i really care of my loving family and hoping that we will get to together here after.
